To create the luminosity on the eyes add a tab of the Shimmering Facial Whip in Lilac Petal. Then layer on top the Brightening Eye Color in Pretty N' Pink. Blending in the color to the eyebrow bone. |

Add the pop to the eyes by lining the entire perimeter of the lash line with the Eye Liner in Coffee. |
