Orders are shipped with the following options:-

a) Speedpost Islandwide Sameday service at S$9.15 for package dimensions 40 x 25 x 20 cm and weight not exceeding 03 kgs.
b) Singpost Registered Mail for orders up to 10 pieces at S4.50.
c) Local courier delivery service at S$4.50 on Tuesdays and Thurdays before (7pm)
d) Speedpost Air Parcel Post for International Orders.

Shipping rate will be calculated based on your delivery method chosen. Options and fees may be adjusted before the final checkout process according to existing delivery rates as set by the courier services.

Pixie Cosmetics LLP bears no responsibility nor liability for any delay, damage or lost of goods caused by any third party delivery.

Please allow 02 - 05 working days to process local delivery and approximately 05 - 15 workings days for international orders outside of Singapore.

(I) PRODUCTS THAT QUALIFY FOR RETURN


Damaged or faulty goods / incorrect order

If you have requested for a replacement, this will be processed within 14 working days of our receiving your returned goods, and replacements will be delivered to you via our local delivery.

If you seek monetary refund, the refund amount refers to the price paid for the product plus the postage charges paid for the purchase.  And this will be credited to the original credit/debit card used WITHIN 30 DAYS from the date you inform Pixie Cosmetics.


RETURNS PROCEDURES

STEP 1 – Inform Us Your Intention To Return Or Cancel Your Order
Please contact us by email or fax within 7 working days from delivery date.  Please provide the following key information in your email/telephone call:
the order number and date, your name and email address, contact number, reason for the return.

STEP 2 – Complete Returns Form
A Returns Form will be emailed / faxed to you according to your preferred mode.

STEP 3 – Return The Products
All products must be returned in their original product packaging. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed and the Returns Form enclosed therein (see Step 2 above) to the following address:

Please retain proof of posting receipt as evidence that you have returned the goods (in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel).

STEP 4. – Processing Refund
Refunds will be made to you within thirty (30) days from date you inform Pixie Cosmetics. You will receive an email notification of your refund from our Customer Service Team.


(II) PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT QUALIFY FOR RETURN

At our sole discretion, we reserve the right not to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on cases that we deem products that have been excessively used, misused or damaged that is not caused by us.

 

 


Hi friends! You get to choose how you want to shop on the e.l.f. website! Wandering around our ‘shop’ is so easy that we don't think you'll need any instructions but here they are, just in case!


1. You get to choose how you want to shop!
 
- Browse by category: eyes, lips, face, brushes, tools, elements, special orders (look for the grey bar on the top panel of the front page: product catalogue)

Or

- Search for your specific products by using the search feature (top right corner of top panel on the front page).

2. Once you have found the desired product, click the add to bag button next to the chosen product - to add it to your shopping bag.

3. Each time you click add to bag on any item, your shopping bag will update automatically. The shopping bag button (top right corner of top panel on the front page) will also display the number of items you have chosen and the total value. To view the contents of your bag, just click the shopping bag button. You will be brought to a page that shows item, description, colour, quantity, price (see note 1), etc of the product/s chosen. To change the quantity, simply type in your desired number into the quantity box, then click the update button. To remove an item, simply click the delete icon and the item will disappear and you will not be charged for the item.

Click the category you want to browse to continue shopping (grey panel on top of the page). If you have finished shopping, click shopping bag (see step 3 above). At this page, you must choose a delivery option from the list of options listed, click Submit, then click Proceed to Checkout. (Note: You must choose a delivery option, click Submit, then click Proceed to Checkout – to continue this shopping process).

5. Checkout is just like a cashier counter in a physical shop.  It’s here that you pay for your shopping. On the website this involves you giving us your contact details, the billing and delivery address/es.  Your Credit/Debit Card details will only be entered on PayPal page. 
Pixie Cosmetics does not have these details for your security.

6. All transactions are processed in a completely secure environment.  After your purchase is completed at PayPal, you will receive an email (at the email address you have indicated at the checkout page), confirming your order. Click on Return to Pixie Cosmetics LLP (note 2) button located on the bottom of the PayPal page.  


Notes:

1. All prices are quoted in SGD$, hence will be paid in SGD$PayPal will convert the amount charged to your Credit/Debit Card into your local currency.

2. Return to Pixie Cosmetics LLP – this orange button can only be activated at the PayPal page after payment has been made.
